Matt Jackson joins PreⓇ Brands as COO to oversee operational excellence for national expansion

Chicago, IL - Pre® Brands, a leader in better-for-you grass-fed and finished beef, is pleased to announce that Matt Jackson, former Chief Operations Officer of Del Real Foods has joined as Chief Operations Officer. He brings a crucial supply chain and operational leadership, as well as innovation execution within retail and foodservice channels.

Most recently Jackson was Chief Operations Officer with Del Real Foods, a private equity-backed food processor, which makes traditional fresh Mexican recipes. Prior to that, Jackson held senior operational leadership positions at Stir + Pacifica and Rupari Foodservices.
