
How to Cook 90% Lean Ground Beef

How to cook in the oven:
- Bring meat to room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the package, and blot dry with a paper towel.
- Season with kosher salt, and coat with high-heat cooking oil.
- Brown meat in a saute pan over medium-high heat.
- Transfer to a large pot or dutch oven with a lid, and cover with braising liquid.
- Roast in a preheated 300°F oven for 1 hour.
