How to Cook the Perfect Pre Grass-Fed and Finished Steak
Firstly, take the steak out of the fridge for at least thirty minutes before cooking it. This allows your steak to reach room temperature. If you cook a cold steak, the muscle fibers will tense up, causing your steak to be tough. Pat the steak dry, and you are ready for the next step.
Rub your steak with high-heat oil or ghee and salt it liberally.
