Ribeye Steak with Thai Compound Butter

Add a punch of bright flavor to your favorite steak. If you don’t care for cilantro you can leave it out, the butter tastes great with or without it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pre Brands Ribeye or any other steak
  • 1 stick butter, room temperature
  • 1 T freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 t lime zest
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • 1 clove mashed garlic
  • 1 T red curry paste
  • 2 T fresh cilantro, finely chopped-optional
        1. In a shallow bowl or plate using a fork, mash butter with the other ingredients. Place on parchment or plastic wrap and roll in to a log.
        2. Chill until firm, 1 hour.
        3. Cook your steak to your desired doneness.
        4. Let it rest for 5-7 minutes.
        5. Serve atop the steak. Enjoy!
