Ribeye Steak with Thai Compound Butter
Add a punch of bright flavor to your favorite steak. If you don’t care for cilantro you can leave it out, the butter tastes great with or without it.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pre Brands Ribeye or any other steak
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1 T freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 t lime zest
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1 clove mashed garlic
- 1 T red curry paste
- 2 T fresh cilantro, finely chopped-optional
- In a shallow bowl or plate using a fork, mash butter with the other ingredients. Place on parchment or plastic wrap and roll in to a log.
- Chill until firm, 1 hour.
- Cook your steak to your desired doneness.
- Let it rest for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve atop the steak. Enjoy!
