Steak and Blue Cheese Pizza
No tomatoes on a pizza? With Pre Sirloin, caramelized onions, blue cheese and balsamic, you won't miss them a bit.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pre Top Sirloin steak
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup spinach (chopped)
- ¼ cup blue cheese
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 ball pizza dough
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-low heat, and add onion. Let simmer for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, heat oven to 400F. Grease baking sheet with one teaspoon of butter. Then, stretch pizza dough to make 12 inch round pizza.

- Slice steak and remove pizza from oven. Top pizza with steak, and drizzle balsamic vinegar over pizza.
- Enjoy!
