Spooky Ghost Pizza English Muffins
The kitchen is officially haunted! To conjure these cheesy poltergeists in your home, you really only need a couple ingredients. Plus, this is a great recipe for little hands!
Ingredients:
- English muffins
- Pizza sauce
- Black olives
- Mozzarella cheese slices
Equipment
- Ghost shaped cookie cutters
- Sheet pan or toaster oven
- Parchment paper
- Scissors
- Brown the ground beef and heat the English muffins in a toaster or oven to your preferred doneness. Then use the cutters to make the shapes.
- Take the black olives and cut into small circles with fingers or scissors. Mix the ground beef with the pizza sauce and heat them together in a saucepan.
- Pour spoonfuls onto muffins and top with the ghosts. Pop into the oven for a couple minutes, until ghosts start to melt a little, then pull out of the stove and top with olive eyes (omit the eyes if you have a no-olive household.) Enjoy!
