Sirloin Steak with Maître de Hotel Compound Butter

The classic of all compound butters, serve atop a warm Pre steak with air fryer frites on the side.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pre Brands Petite Sirloin or any other steak
  • 1 stick butter, room temperature
  • 2 T fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 t freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 t kosher salt
        1. In a small bowl, mash parsley, lemon juice, and salt into butter with a fork. Place on parchment or waxed paper and roll up into a log.
        2. Chill until firm, 1 hour.
        3. Cook your steak to your desired doneness.
        4. Let it rest for 5-7 minutes.
        5. Serve atop the steak. Enjoy!
