Sirloin Steak with Maître de Hotel Compound Butter
The classic of all compound butters, serve atop a warm Pre steak with air fryer frites on the side.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pre Brands Petite Sirloin or any other steak
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 2 T fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 t freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 t kosher salt
- In a small bowl, mash parsley, lemon juice, and salt into butter with a fork. Place on parchment or waxed paper and roll up into a log.
- Chill until firm, 1 hour.
- Cook your steak to your desired doneness.
- Let it rest for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve atop the steak. Enjoy!
