Shredded Beef Cabbage Cups

This simple sauce quartet is makes our fall-apart tender chuck roast amazing. In cabbage cups for a fresh twist.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Pre Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 inch ginger (peeled or chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
  1. Add chuck roast, beef broth, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), vinegar, ginger, and pepper flakes to crock pot.
  2. Turn to high and cook for 5-6 hours, or until tender. Remove beef and shred.
  3. Return beef to crock pot with green onions and cook for additional 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve in cabbage or lettuce cups. Top with sesame seeds.
