Shredded Beef Cabbage Cups
This simple sauce quartet is makes our fall-apart tender chuck roast amazing. In cabbage cups for a fresh twist.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs. Pre Chuck Roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 inch ginger (peeled or chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (crushed)
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- Add chuck roast, beef broth, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), vinegar, ginger, and pepper flakes to crock pot.
- Turn to high and cook for 5-6 hours, or until tender. Remove beef and shred.
- Return beef to crock pot with green onions and cook for additional 15-20 minutes.
- Serve in cabbage or lettuce cups. Top with sesame seeds.
