Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pack of Top Sirloin
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 T butter
  • 2 bagels
  • 4 Cheese Slices (we used Cheddar but use your favorite cheese)
  • 1 White Onion
  • 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
  1. Slice your steak nice and thin, you can use a mandolin or a knife. Just make sure your slices are thin enough to layer onto a sandwich.
  2. Thinly slice up the onion.
  3. Heat up a pan to medium temperature and place a tablespoon of butter onto the pan, sauté the onions. Add a pinch of salt to the onions as they are sautéing.
  4. Remove the onions from the pan and place them to the side, in the same pan add a tablespoon of butter and the sliced steak.
  5. After you place the steak into the pan, pour 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce onto the steak and cook the meat until is no longer red.
  6. Crack four eggs into a bowl and add a drop of water to the bowl and mix the eggs together. Adding a little bit of water into the eggs makes them fluffier and more delicious!
  7. On a clean pan, heat up a tablespoon of butter and add the mixed eggs and let them cook for a minute. Start to scramble the eggs up and take them off the pan when they’re cooked to your desired doneness.
  8. Place your bagels into a toaster, toaster oven, or oven to get it nice and crunchy on the outside but still soft on the inside.
  9. Place the cheese, eggs, onions, and steak onto the bagel and enjoy!
