BBQ Beef Sliders
Sweet and savory bbq beef with crunchy slaw.
BBQ Sliders
- 1 Pre Chuck Roast
- 2 c. bbq sauce
- 1/2 c. beef stock or water
- 12 slider buns
Cole Slaw
- 1 small head purple cabbage, outer leaves removed
- 1 small carrot, shredded
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1-2 tsp. onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Instructions:
BBQ Sliders
- Place roast into a slow cooker and pour BBQ sauce and stock over beef.
- Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
- Remove the beef from the crockpot.
- Shred with forks, setting aside any fatty pieces.
- Return the beef to the crockpot and allow to cook for another 30 minutes.
Cole Slaw
- Finely shred the cabbage with a mandolin or spiralizer.
- Mix together all other ingredients.
- Pour over the shredded cabbage and mix thoroughly.
- Build sliders with buns, shredded beef, and coleslaw.
