The real solution isn’t the next big thing. It was actually the first big thing: Pre-Industrial food.

Somewhere along the evolutionary path we went from a diet featuring whole ingredients to unholy matrimonies of industrialized monstrosities, that are harvested, separated, and reassembled into questionable beef-like meals.

What we’re trying to say is, food got a little weird.

As a result, we’ve become a little weird about food too. We’re lactose intolerant, gluten-free, non-GMO Project Verified, grain-free, buzzword fiends looking for the taste we remember from a time long forgotten. Pre grass fed beef in Chicago, Illinois is sourced without feedlots, no added hormones, no unnecessary antibiotics, and no corn-fed cattle – back to the time before industrialization of food. We’re setting the taste clock back just before food got so weird, and keeping the quality there too.
