Garlic Filet Mignon Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients:
- 1 PRE Filet Mignon steak
- 8 pieces asparagus
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup fresh garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. fresh black peppercorn
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 2 fresh limes
Instructions:
- Place steak in the freezer for 3-5 minutes, until firm on the outside. Remove from packaging and slice into eight medallions. Set aside.
- Place garlic cloves, olive oil, peppercorn, sea salt and lime juice in a blender, and puree until smooth. Pour half the mixture into a bowl, setting aside the other half of mixture.
- Place medallions into a bowl and marinate for five minutes. Remove medallions and carefully wrap each one around a piece of trimmed asparagus.
- Grill asparagus rolls gently in a skillet. Gently flip asparagus rolls, cooking all sides to the desired doneness.
