Bacon Wrapped Sirloin Bites
This 4-ingredient recipe proves that sometimes less is more.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pre Top Sirloin steak
- 1 package bacon
Horseradish sauce:
- 3 tbsp. fresh horseradish
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Heat oven to 400F. Cook bacon uncovered on cookie sheet for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and let rest.
- Meanwhile, cut steak into bite-sized pieces. Wrap single piece of bacon around steak pieces and position around edge of cookie sheet.
- Cook at 425F for about twenty minutes.
- Remove steak from oven and serve with horseradish dipping sauce.
- For the horseradish dipping sauce: Peel horseradish and cut into small pieces.
- Blend fresh horseradish pieces in food processor with mayonnaise until smooth.
