Pre brands takes great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your pre brands product, please notify us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund.

Pre Brands Satisfaction Guarantee
At Pre Brands LLC we stand behind our products and quality control. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Pre Brands product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or a coupon to replace such product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Pre Brands Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
To submit your request, please
Take and submit to customer service, pictures of the following:
- The product’s UPC bar code; and
- Your original receipt with Pre Brands product purchase circled (the picture must clearly show the receipt date, product and price).
- Use/Freeze By Date This date is printed on your products film in following format: MM/DD/YY
Pre Brands must receive your request within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. Pre Brands will either issue a refund in the amount of the purchase price reflected on the original store receipt (up to $18.00; tax, shipping and delivery fees will not be refunded), or send a coupon for one (1) Pre Brands product (up to $18.00 in value). Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. Limit one (1) refund or coupon per person, address, email or household.
Your refund submission will not be accepted without the completed form and pictures of the original receipt and UPC bar code. If your receipt or UPC isn’t valid, you will be contacted by email so that you can correct the issue and apply again for your refund. Additional restrictions apply. See details below.
MUST SUBMIT REQUEST WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF PURCHASE. Offer limited to one (1) refund or coupon per person, address, email or household. Max value of U.S. $18.00.
To qualify for the Guarantee,
- The product must be used or frozen by date stamp on the product film;
- Product must be refrigerated at all times post-purchase; and
- If frozen, product must be properly thawed according to handling instructions on the product packaging.
This offer is void where taxed, regulated, or prohibited. Requests which are non-conforming, duplicates, from outside the stated area, or from groups or organizations will not be honored, returned or acknowledged. Allow 4-6 weeks from our receipt of your request to receive your refund or coupon.
Pre Brands reserves the right to verify information, to deny Guarantee requests in its sole discretion if a customer has abused the Pre Brands Satisfaction Guarantee and to discontinue this offer at any time without notice.
